Caern - Forever and a Day later July 11th - Night - Tellurian

A tall lanky, middle aged man walks up to the Alpha, a young boy in tow, no older than eighteen. "Alpha of Fortune's Landing?" The man says promptly. "This is the claith you were told about. We haven't much use for him, but with the stories coming from your caern, he may be handy here. Now go, boy. Introduce yourself."

The boy, head bowed in respect to his elder, calls sternly, "I am Walks not the Glass, Claith, Glasswalker, Ahroun."
"Good, boy. We shall have to introduce you to the other sept members. Thankyou, Scans Quickly. We shall find him an asset in time. I'm sure." The proud Silverfang nods toward the Glasswalker who responds in thanks, looking relieved and quickly walks away.

Carry comes wandering into sight from the area of the caern, and noticing the alpha talking to two strangers, stops and watches curiously. When the older of the two strangers walks away, Carry approaches. "Hello Alpha. Who is our newcomer?"

Michelle smiled down at Carry, "This would be Walks-not-the-Glass, Glasswalker, Ahroun from the Gaiahertz caern. Why don't you show him around while I tell the other elders of our gain?"

[Mouse]

Carry gives a small nod, and looks at the newcomer. "I'm Carry. Rited Speaks with Stars. Cliath Metis Galliard of the Bone Gnawers, and alpha of the Rat Pack. It's nice to meet you Walks not the Glass."

[Mouse]

Eli coughs violently at hearing the name of the man's old Caern. Almost choking somewhat.

"Dear Gaia. It's a good thing we can pull you away from that and into an actual Caern."

[DerekCase]

Walks smiled timidly, "It's good to be away from all those computers and closer to Gaia. It's very nice to meet you, Carry. And what might your name be large sir?"

[Mouse]

Carry nods. "It's nice to meet you too."

When Eli speaks, Carry turns, and smiles affectionately at the large man. "That's not very nice Eli." she says, waggling a finger at him. She then walks over and rests her head on his upper arm.

[Mouse]

Eli eyed the man, and then smiled broadly. "A good head on you shoulders it seems. My name is Eli."

He reaches down beside of him, near the log he is sitting on and touches a heavy wood-splitting maul that is laying there. An off-handed gesture to make sure it's still there.

[DerekCase]

The pale, dark-haired boy, tall and broad, ruffled his shoulders to better situate his shirt before presenting his hand. "Thankyou. It's nice to meet you as well, Eli. Would it be too much to ask your tribe and rank?"

(remember it's an affront to not present yourself formally)

[Mouse]

Eli took the man's hand firmly before responding, "I am a Cliath of the Children of Gaia. And you are of Glasswalker?"

[DerekCase]

With a sad smile walks replied, "Yes, which is why I was named as I am. I don't trust their weaver things. My other name is Devon Carter. I'd like you to call me Devon."

[Mouse]

Carry cocks her head to the side. "A Glasswalker who doesn't like Weaver Toys? That's like a pacifist Get...or a Shadow Lord who tells the truth or something."

[Mouse]

Eli - Homid

At 'Pacifist Get' Eli turns his head and looks at Carry with a wry smile.

"I'd say it's best, eventually all Glasswalkers will come back to the true ways of Gaia, I'd say."

[Mouse]

Carry returns the smile, and rests a hand on his shoulder.

"There's some use to the cities though."

"They allow the wyrm things to dwell with many places to hide among the humans' wastes and filth." Devon said harshly, hardly containing his anger.

[Mr Speaks]

Eli burst out with unexpected laughter. "I can see already that your a man," Eli sticks out his hand.

[Mouse]

Carry raises an eyebrow at the man. "True. That is why you learn those hiding places and take them as your own to use against the Wyrm. To any other Garou, an alleyway is just an alleyway, or a warehouse is just a warehouse. To a Bone Gnawer though..." She gives the Glasswalker a sly smile. "It's usually the one thing our tribes can agree on. Just goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover, eh?"

[DerekCase]

Devon smiled, letting his ahroun heritage go for a moment. "The irony of it doesn't ever seem to fade. Well, I can certainly see the point of it now, taking their hiding places, but man should have never been allowed to create such things. If it had been stopped, they had been culled as they should have been, Gaia would be much happier, healthier." Then looking down at his shoes. "But that's only my opinion. It's not a much liked one."

[Mouse]

Carry shrugs. "Who knows what things might be like then? Gaia only knows."
