Devon attempts to skid to a halt, but his wolf legs bend funny, and he rolls at speed into the side of the ravine. He struggles for a moment and shifts up through all forms to homid. "Ow." He groans as he stands. "That sucked. Holy shit, how have you been, Scarlet?" He grins, holding out his hand. Then he notices the buck, "Woah, man. Is this yours?"

Carry eventually catches up to Devon, and she skids to a halt, shaking the leaves and dirt from her fur. She looks up, noticing Scarlet, and she gives him a wolfish grin. <<Welcome back Scarlet. Where have you been?>>

"I think the term is ours." He said clasping his hand in his as he nods to Carry. "I've been around, here, there. Mostly there." He says as he absentmindedly licks his canines. "Though it seems everyone seems to be showing up here, and well... I wouldn't miss this, whatever it is. For the world." He says as he brings his hand down, his hand in a knife point, the tip of his hand plunging though the flesh of the buck. "To old friends, and new enemies." He says as he rips the heart from the deer, before ripping a bite from it and tossing the morsel to Devon.

Devon deftly catches the organ, concentrates, shifts up to glabro and with much sharper teeth, bites into it. "Indeed." He says around a mouthful of fibrous muscle. He sits on his heels and pets the buck. "Thankyou." He growls in garou. "Sleep well."

Alli comes to a tumbling halt behind Devon, then stands and shakes herself off before sitting down and looking up at the homid before them. Apparently he was someone the rest of them knew. She stays quiet.

Carry looks over to Allison, taking a moment to scratch her ear with her back leg. <<This is Scarlet. He's an old member of our sept, and he's been gone for a while.>>
