character sheets on record

Starting probably in a few weeks I will only accept character sheet that we have. 

What I mean by this is any experience expenditures that have not been turned into us and recorded will not be acknowledged. Anything on your sheet that isn't on ours, will not be acknowledged. 

This is to alleviate our sense of lose when it comes to our players sheets. Too much is on sheets that we don't know about and/or haven't approved. This is not OK. Once I get copies of every ones current sheet on my tablet, that will be the final working sheet. Any changes not submitted to me with enough time to be added to my copies may not be allowed in game.
