Ghost was visibly agitated. While he still had contact with his areas of influence and could monitor them in some limited capacity through his mobile device, he simply didn't have the sheer level of information throughput of a proper facility. As things stood, he was essentially suffering data withdraw.

He was standing around the caren meeting grounds, hoping someone would come by so he could ask permission to remedy this situation.

There is a tall paler skinned man with well styled black hair sitting off to the side of the meeting grounds. Dressed in a black business he sits typing away on a laptop. He doesn't seem to notice much going on around him.
